Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on if pieces need to be produced or if they are in stock and only require finishing work. An inventory of jewelry and hardware is maintained to expedite delivery. Items that must be custom finished or produced to order will be shipped within 2 weeks (Jewelry) or 4-6 weeks (Hardware), unless the client is otherwise notified by M•Spring Studio. The Studio is happy to work with clients on target lead times and rush orders. Rush orders will incur a fee. 

All orders are shipped with a tracking number number that will be provided to the purchaser. M•Spring Studio is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail. Insurance is available at the client's expense. Please request this when purchasing, if desired.

M•Spring Studio ships internationally. Shipping varies based on the country and will be added once your order and country information has been processed. The client is responsible for any tariffs, import taxes and import documentation. Please contact us for delivery timelines and fees. 

Custom Commissions

In addition to developing its own collection, M•Spring Studio works with clients to design and manufacture custom furniture hardware, fixtures, and jewelry.  In addition to in-house technical guidance and fabrication, M•Spring Studio has an extensive and expert network of manufacturing and trade professionals that can be brought in to complete your vision.

Wholesale & Trade Pricing

M•Spring Studio offers exclusive pricing and services to those in the interior design trade and jewelry retailers. Please contact the studio to receive information about our exclusive wholesale and trade benefits. 

ReturN, Exchange & Pricing Policies

Prices are subject to change without notice.  All products will be billed and shipped at the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation. M•Spring Studio reserves the right to discontinue products at its discretion. 

Returns are accepted if items are damaged or defective when they arrive to the purchaser. For reimbursement or exchange, damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving the products.Please contact M•Spring Studio to identify repair and replacement options. M•Spring Studio only accepts returned items purchased directly from the Studio. Purchases made at retailers, not purchased directly from M•Spring Studio, must be returned at the place of purchase. M•Spring Studio works closely with clients on custom commissions. These pieces are produced based on client approval and not available for returns or exchanges.

Exclusivity Agreements & site Visits 

Exclusivity agreements are negotiable for a specific shopping area within a city and with the commitment of a minimum quarterly purchase commitment.
